The pineolenic acid causes the release of hormones associated with appetite suppression: cholecystokinin (CCK) and glucagonlike peptide (GLP-1). Plus pine nut oil is rich in vitamins E, B1 B2 and B3, beta-carotene and other carotenoids, essential amino acids, magnesium, zinc, iron, copper, and iodine.

Eating smaller meals but more frequent that three times daily helps a lot, because after a small meal the chemical and physical reactions to hit the brain and activate the appestat, in other words you stop feeling hungry.

Ok, you have a sudden feeling of hunger, how to tame it? Eat a fruit or something without much calories and fats. For example, up to 10 raw peanuts with a few sips - you have added only 30 calories and your hunger disappears for more than 3 hours. But this will happed in 10 minutes after you finish.

Nicotine.

Nicotine in its organic form (outside of cigarettes) in potatoes, tomatoes, chili’s and tea has an affect on the signals in the brain that can trigger hunger pangs.

The most important is to understand that this has nothing to do with smoking, we are talking about organic nicotine and DO NOT indulge smoking as a habbit.

Water.

Water is also the an appetite suppressant. Water keeps your stomach full and stops dehydration which can lead to hunger pangs.  But this does not mean that you can go just drinking – doing something too much is not good. Your body and stomach still need the food.
